What is the Monthly GISBILL Print Club?

The monthly GISBILL print club is a $11.11 monthly art print subscription! Each month, you’ll receive an original 5×7” signed print of a new musicals original GISBILL designed and imagined by me. Ill include a letter with my deep dark secrets AND I want to make a custom sticker each month of one of the character designs from that specific show. Im so excited to write to you and send a new print of a collectible series that will grow and develop over time. Each painting will be formatted the same so the series will continue to be cohesive and focus on a different musical each month. Over time I will add new surprises in the mail;)
When will my mail be shipped?

Each edition is shipped out in the first week of the month. For example, if you ordered in time for the September edition, it will be shipped out (very likely) September 1st. I say first week just because there's a chance something arrives late, but I swear my goal is the 1st. 
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship Print Club orders internationally. International shipping times can vary depending on your country’s postal service and customs. Please allow 7-15 days for international shipping.
Will I receive tracking?

All orders use standard USPS stamped mail, which does not include tracking.
Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account. Once canceled, you won’t be charged for future months.
What if I move or need to change my address?

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before your next monthly renewal. If you’ve recently moved, contact me as soon as possible so I can make sure your mail goes to the right place.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Please email me with photos of the damaged package and print as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to make it right!
I haven’t received my envelope yet. What should I do?

If it’s been more than 2 weeks for U.S. orders or 4 weeks for international orders, please reach out to me at studio@gisellelebedenko.com with your name and shipping address, and I’ll help you figure out the next steps. On this website you can easily contact me through the "contact" button at the top! I will check everyday for new messages:)
